K60

K60 is 100% hand-made, hand-moulded and blue-tempered, i.e. fired in low-oxygen conditions, with four equally usable sides and a rough, varied surface. Each brick bears the thumbprints of the craftsperson who made it. K60 has a very varied look and a big play of colour, alternating between dark and light brown. The distinctive light-brown areas are due to the light slurry added to the wet clay in the wooden mould. The bricks have sand aggregate on the surfaces and partially vitrified areas.
